Book early for peak times. Out of season is cheaper. Outside peak holiday times short and weekend bookings may be available priced on a daily rate. Bookings are weekly starting Saturdays. All prices are for a week and include electricity.

General information –
Parking - the flat has two parking spaces on site.
Dogs welcome - but not to be left unattended.
Provided: Bedding duvets, pillows and blankets. Cube bed as an extra put you up. Full range of kitchen equipment, crockery, cooking utensils, cafetiere.
Please bring: covers, sheets, pillowcases towels and tea towels.
There is access from the kitchen to space outside for drying and hanging wetsuits.
Cleaning - to be left clean and tidy (only limited time for cleaning between lettings). Breakages or damage to the flat or contents must be reported. First time bookings are asked for a £50 returnable deposit.
Bookings - 25% non refundable deposit required for bookings, reservations only held for 7 days without deposit. Balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. Arrangements for keys and other information is sent out on receipt of payment. Payments may be made by direct transfer - ask for bank details.
